The leading UK holiday company Hoseasons recently introduced a new IVR system to direct customers to the appropriate department when they call up by phone.
I recorded over one hundred and twenty prompts for their IVR.
My voice greets customers when they phone the main sales line: +44 (0) 345 498 6589, instructs them on how to proceed, and prompts callers to select a series of options through a set of IVR messages.
